3. Two recent passport size colored photographs with matte or semi matte finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
4. Employment  letter in Company Letter head with seal and signature
5. Covering letter from Applicant
6. If Passport issued form other  Jurisdiction Required Residence Address Proof  letter with  Company Seal and Sign
7. Essential Proof of Visit ( Payment of receipt / admission Proof etc.,)
8. Personal Income Tax Returns for the Last two years 
9. Personal Bank Statement for the past six months
10. An official invitation letter from Korean Invitor
11. Guarantee Letter form Invitor (must be seal and signed)
12. Business Registration Copy from inviter Company
