1. Application Form,
   
2. Original Passport,(If there is old Passports, that also needs to be submitted)
3. Two Photograph (Size) 35x45 mm white back ground glossy finish 80% face image,
   
4. Covering letter from applicant should be address TO,THE VISA OFFICER,EMBASSY OF SOUTH KOREA CHENNAI,
5. Employment certificate(Indian company) or Bonafied certificate of school for student.
6. Personal Income tax for 3 years,
7. Colour Copy of invitation letter from korea& Guarantee letter from South Korea Required for first time travellers
8. Personal bank statement 06 Months with bank seal and signature with sufficient funds
   
9. Resident proof (hotel booking details etc..)
   
10. Confirmed flight ticket (both departure and arrival)

South Korea Business Visa (C-3-4)

Requirements :

• Passport with validity of minimum 6 months,(If there is old Passports, that also needs to be submitted)
• One passport sized-photo with white background _ Only valid taken within 6 months'
• Visa application form 
• Original or Colour Copy of invitation letter from korea seal and signature
• Certificate of business registration from inviter _ Should be issued within 3 months
• Covering letter or requesting letter for visa 
• Last 2 years IT return ( If not eligible  -> last 6 months bank statement with a letter of reason)
• Employment certificate
• Guarantee letter from South Korea
• Proof of essential business activities (Agreement, purchase order, proof of payment etc)
